By royal order .. Promote 50 judges at the Board of Grievances


The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God assist him – issued a royal order promoting 50 judges in the Board of Grievances.

His Excellency the President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Youssef stated that the royal order included the promotion of five judges from the rank of (chief court / A) to the rank of (appeals judge) and the promotion of five judges from the degree (chief of court / b) to the degree (Chief Judge / A) and the promotion of ten judges from the grade of (Court Prosecutor / B) to the rank of (Court Prosecutor / A), two judges from the grade (Judge / A) to the rank of (Court Prosecutor / B), and five judges from the grade (Judge / B) to the rank of (judge / a) and the promotion of fifteen judges from the degree of (judge / c) to the rank of (judge / b) and eight judges from the rank of (judicial lieutenant) to the grade (judge / c).

His Excellency affirmed that this royal order comes as an affirmation of the wise leadership’s keenness – may God support it – in everything that would support the administrative judiciary facility, develop its work performance, and provide it with distinguished judicial competencies. In order to achieve a distinguished administrative judiciary with solid provisions by which rights are preserved and grievances are dismissed, thus achieving – God willing – the quality and efficiency that reflects positively on the judicial work, with the grace of God – glorified and exalted – first, and then with the care and attention of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud And His Highness, his trustworthy Crown Prince – may God protect them – through the great care they attach to the facility of the Board of Grievances, in an effort to enhance the efforts of justice in society, in order to achieve the guarantee of the right and the protection of rights.
