KFH Participates in the Virtual Career Opportunities Fair of Gulf University


Under the slogan “A bright future with your home”, Kuwait Finance House “KFH” is participating in the virtual career fair organized by the Gulf University for Science and Technology, where the 22nd career fair will be held on the 22nd and 23rd of this month via the KHIBRA platform.

The Group’s Head of Human Resources, Ziad Al-Omar, said that KFH’s participation comes within the framework of its efforts to attract and qualify national talents within the highest standards, and confirms the bank’s keenness to participate in job fairs organized by Gulf University, which reflects the bank’s commitment to providing job opportunities for Kuwaiti youth.

He added that a specialized team of human resources at KFH is present during the virtual job fair to conduct job interviews, answer the inquiries of students looking for job opportunities, and provide them with information about the opportunities available in KFH, highlighting the importance of working in the private sector.

Al-Omar stressed that KFH is keen to achieve advanced rates in Kuwaitization rates, while granting new appointees various advantages. It also contributes to motivating its employees to obtain professional certificates and raise their competencies and scientific and professional capabilities through training programs within a work environment that stimulates production and creativity, noting that « KFH continues its efforts to achieve leadership in the field of developing and attracting young national talents.

It is noteworthy that KFH recently participated in two virtual job fairs organized by the American University of the Middle East and the Australian College in Kuwait, and succeeded in attracting a number of Kuwaiti youth to join the KFH family.

Al-Omar referred to the strong partnership that links KFH with the Gulf University for Science and Technology in various fields, including sponsoring the University’s Islamic Finance Club activities, in addition to cooperation and coordination in workshops, conferences, lectures, training programs, research, internal scholarship programs, and many other aspects of cooperation.
