Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that Faisal Al Shuwaird has joined the bank’s senior management team by appointing him as Assistant General Manager of Retail Banking Department – Head of Excellence Banking Division.
The bank stated in a statement that thanks to its extensive professional experience spanning nearly two decades in the banking field, Al Shuwaird was assigned to expand the scope of the personal banking services sector at KIB and enhance the level of service provided to the bank’s elite clients, which is tailored to them.
He added that, after spending his entire career in the banking sector, where he had started his career working in branches, Al-Shuwaird is today an experienced banking expert with comprehensive experience covering many fields of banking work, and includes various aspects of customer service for retail banking services, including developing Products, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Branch Management and many more.
He stated that before his appointment at KIB, Al-Shuwaird had recently held the position of regional manager at Boubyan Bank, and previously worked as a senior branch manager at the National Bank of Kuwait. He is a graduate of Kuwait University with a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences.
KIB pointed out that Al-Shuwaird’s joining the bank’s senior leadership is a strategic step that aims to make an effective investment to improve the personal banking services it provides, explaining that KIB had launched the “Black” package services early this year to provide a distinctive and rewarding experience tailored to its customers.
