The bank indicated that the “NBK Geo Alerts” service enables customers to receive notifications about discounts and offers on the mobile according to the customer’s location while shopping, indicating that this comes within the framework of the bank’s endeavor to continuously develop the “NBK” service program via mobile by providing The latest digital solutions to meet customer needs.

He mentioned that the service is available to all NBK customers by simply downloading or updating the “NBK” service program via mobile and activating receiving “Geo Alerts” service notifications, so that the customer can then receive notifications, offers and discounts available via mobile at specific locations near him at the time of shopping, in addition to receiving it.
