Quai cauldron cake filled with crispy fried meat

How to make this cake is quite simple, only with the suggested ingredients below:


– 400 grams of flour.

– 300 grams minced.

– 100 grams of dried black fungus.

– 2 chicken eggs, 20 quail eggs.

– 1 onion, green onion.

– Noodles, carrots, fried red onions.

– Spices: salt, sugar, pepper, fish sauce, cooking oil…

– Mix 350 grams of flour, half a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and eggs in a large bowl.

– Add water slowly to the flour mixture, stir until the dough forms a mass, smooth and non-sticky to the touch. Then let the dough rest for about 3 hours.

– Soak mushrooms, vermicelli until soft, wash and cut the fibers.

– Onions, carrots peeled, washed, diced. Chopped scallions.

– Boiled quail eggs, peeled and washed.

– Mix all ingredients including minced meat, mushrooms, carrots, onions, scallions, vermicelli, fried onions, seasoning to taste.

– Divide the dough evenly into equal parts. Cover with 50 grams of flour to make the dough outside, roll the dough thin, then put the filling in the middle, add quail eggs.

– Then fold the dough leaves in half, press firmly with your hand to stick the edges together. Fold the edge of the cake right at the edge of the dough from the outside to the inside.

– Put the pan on the stove, wait when the oil is hot, fry the cakes in the oil. When the crust turns yellow on both sides, take it out, then place it on absorbent paper.
